– Opening ceremony – 10:00am (sat)
– All games start – 10:15am
– Cosplay pre-judging 10am – 12pm
round robin timings: (Lunches are 1 hour long)
– CS2 – Lunch at 2pm approx
– League of legends (3 games, roughly 3 hours) – Lunch at 1pm
– Valorant – Lunch at 1pm approx
– Dota 2 – Lunch at 3pm approx
– Rocket League – Lunch at 1pm
– Team Fight Tactics – Lunch to be determined by Admin
– Starcraft to be determined by Admin
– Fighting Games to be determined by Admins.
– Cosplay contest on start at 1:15pm
– Cosplayers to be called on stage for awards (time depending on number on contestants)
– Resume tournaments 1 hour after their lunch
– CS (play up to Winners round 4 (total of 5 more games [round 1 and 2 are best of 1, round 3 is Bo3, play up to losers round 4, losers is all Bo1 ])
– League (play up to Winners round 3)
– Valorant (play up to round 3, losers round 2)
– Dota 2 (finish round robin and stop for the day [3 more games]) – all of bracket played on Sunday.
– Rocket League
– Raffle prizes (round 1) to be announced

Sunday November 3rd 2024:

– Resume tournaments
– CS2 (play winners round 4 and losers round 4 and 5) – Lunch at 12:30pm
– League of legends (winners round 3 and losers round 1, 2 and 3 ) – Lunch at 12:20pm
– Valorant (play winners round 3 and losers round 3) – Lunch at 12:30pm
– Dota 2 (play round 1 of winners) – Lunch at 12:30pm
– Rocket league
– StarCraft to be determined by admin
– Fighting Games to be determined by admins.

Lunch from 12:30- 1:30
Resume games at 1:30pm
– CS2 (losers round 6, then grand finals)
– League (winners round 4, losers round 4, 5 and 6, then grand finals)
– Valorant (play winners 4, losers 4 and 5 and 6, then grand finals)
– Team Fight Tactics – Lunch to be determined by Admin
– Dota 2 (play round 2 and 3) – finished
– Rocket league
– Starcraft to be determined by admins
