The format for the tournaments is as follows:
Brawl is 1v1.
UFC is 1v1.
Halo is 4v4.
SF4 is 1v1.
CS 1.6 is 5v5.
DotA is 5v5.
RB2 is 4v4 (possibly 3 also, although that is a disadvantage)
The rules for each game will be posted in the same section as this game.
RB2 shouldn't only be 4v4, reason being is it's hard to find 4 people that are decent at rockband. So what I'm thinking is that it should be split up into different sections, have a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4. I think this will interest a lot more people and be better for the event!

Though having numerous 1v1's in rock band would be awesome ((I personally want to know who is the worlds best base player and if he can out score the best drummer)) but time does not allow for that. maybe at another event
